Rates

The cost of each appointment, whether it is an initial assessment or a follow up visit, is $110.

Mileage Rates​

There is no charge for the physiotherapist to travel within the city of Steinbach or within 5 km of Steinbach.  A mileage rate of 50 cents / km will be charged for any distance beyond the 5 km radius to and from each appointment.  For example, Niverville is 35 km from Steinbach.  The round trip would be 70 km, minus 5 km each way, for a total billable distance of 60 km.  

60 km x .50 = $30 total mileage fee for a trip to Niverville.

Coverage

At this time, we are not offering direct billing to insurance companies.  However, many insurance plans offer extended health benefits which include physiotherapy coverage.  Clients / families can submit receipts (which are provided for each appointment) to the insurance provider in order to receive reimbursement, according to their plan coverage.  Please check with your insurance provider regarding coverage so that you are aware of whether or not your plan covers physiotherapy care.

At this time we are accepting payments through cash, cheque, or e-transfer.
